Privacy & Terms
How Rook Trading Platform handles information, and the rules for using the site and software. Last updated October 3, 2026.
This page is a practical summary for the product website. It is not legal advice. Trading involves risk of loss. Nothing here is investment, financial, or trading advice.
Privacy Policy
Rook Trading Platform (“Rook”, “we”, “us”) provides chart-analysis and trade-copy tools for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, including Telegram signal flows and master-to-slave copying. This policy covers the website at rook-ai.web.app and related product pages.
What we collect
- Site data such as browser type, pages visited, and basic device information from hosting logs (Firebase Hosting).
- Messages you send if you contact us about the product.
- Purchase or license data handled by the marketplace where you get the software, such as MQL5. That marketplace has its own privacy policy.
What the software does locally
Chart screenshots, account connections, Telegram channel settings, and subscriber lists are used to run the features you enable. Copy and analysis flows are intended to operate from your own machine and terminals. Do not upload charts or account details you are not allowed to share.
How we use information
- To run, secure, and improve the website.
- To respond to support requests.
- To understand product usage in aggregate. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to host the site, with marketplaces that process your purchase, or if required by law. Telegram, MetaQuotes, and your broker process their own data under their terms when you connect those services.
Retention
Hosting logs are kept for as long as the host retains them. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request.
Your choices
You can stop using the site and software at any time. To ask about data tied to a support message, contact us through the channel listed on the product page. Marketplace account data must be managed with that marketplace.
Children
The site and software are not directed at anyone under 18.
Terms of Use
By using the website or the Rook Trading Platform software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the software.
The product
Rook provides tools to analyze chart screenshots, copy activity between MT4/MT5 and Telegram, and mirror a master account to slave accounts, including subscriber controls. Features depend on your terminal, broker, Telegram access, and network. We do not guarantee uptime, fill speed, or that a signal will be detected or executed.
Not financial advice
Chart decisions, copied trades, and any on-screen output are software results, not recommendations. You are solely responsible for every order placed on your accounts. Past or sample results on the site are not promises of future performance.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own trading workflow, subject to the marketplace license you purchased. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software except where the law allows.
Your accounts
You must have the right to connect any MT4/MT5 account, Telegram channel, or subscriber you add. You are responsible for broker rules, Telegram rules, and for managing who can follow a master account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Rook to break the law, a broker agreement, or a third-party platform rule.
- Do not probe, disrupt, or misuse the website.
- Do not present Rook output as guaranteed profit or as advice from us.
Third parties
MetaTrader, Telegram, brokers, and MQL5 are separate services. Their outages, API changes, or policy changes can stop a copier or analyzer from working. We are not responsible for those services.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and software are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, wrong analysis, subscriber disputes, or lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the software in the previous 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms or the software. The date at the top of this page will change when the text changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact method on the Rook product listing.
